Fine Dining at Bird Key Yacht Club

BKYC offers formal and casual dining to rival the best restaurants in town.  Lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch are served in the newly renovated Clubhouse bar and dining rooms with stunning views of Sarasota Bay and the Sarasota skyline.

In 2008, we welcomed Executive Chef Joe Santangini to Bird Key Yacht Club. Certified as an American Culinary Federation Chef de Cuisine and with extensive experience at some of the most well-know resorts and premier restaurants in America and the Caribbean, Chef Joe is bringing extraordinary dining experiences to our club with his imaginative, modern menus. He is passionate about food and always finds a way to bring the best, freshest food to our tables.

With four dining areas and several menu options you will find the fine dining of our Main Dining Room, the casual ambience of the Sun Deck, the comfort food of the Porthole and the come as you are atmosphere of the outdoor patio Aft Deck to be the perfect spots for all your dining needs.  Monday and Wednesday nights are special low price events with Happy Hour pricing and "Small Plates" tapas like offerings. Friday night TGIF has become one of the most popular events of the week, with half priced drinks, Chef specials  and a crowd of friendly people.

Special Events That are Simply Magnificent: Great events start with you, friends and family in a beautiful setting at Bird Key Yacht Club. Creativity and inspiration are supplied by our talented staff helping to plan the activities. Flexible dining options that fit active lifestyles:  Dining is sometimes elegant and sometimes rushed.  Our menus allow the full range of options to fit the varied needs of our members. Options include:

Coming by Boat or want a prepared meal for home? Call ahead and place an order from any of the menus.
Take out Food : For the convenience of members and individuals on our 60-Day Program , everything listed on our menus is available as “take-out”. Simply call in your order to the Club at 953-4455 and it will soon be ready for you to pick up. Menus are also available at Reception for those who would like to take a copy home.  Boaters frequently arrange with our kitchen to prepare a picnic lunch, a four-course meal or just some sandwiches to take on board for a day on the water.
